'I have to give credit where it's due and my friends at Daily Candy brought this website to my attention this morning... Get in the holiday spirit by heading over to www.anysoldier.com where you can see the wish lists and contact info for over 4,500 service men and women! Based in Iraq, Kuwait, Afghanistan and around the world you can send our troops a little piece of home this holiday season. From DVD's (no spanky-spanky one's though) to candy and cookies, sending a little care package will definitely be appreciated by our men and women in uniform! Head over there today to do your part; after all, we do owe it to them! '

I just clicked through this and got a tear.
How quick we are to forget about our courageous men and women having to spend their holidays in that horrible desert.

My Peter was there this time last year and i'm so happy and grateful to have him home

I'm gonna send a package now to one of these..this is a great link..

Thanks

Couldn't agree more.

My friend Jay was there as well and I know how much he appreciated the LITTLEST of things! I mean it could've been a quick note on the back of a cereal box and he was happy.

That is a great website for the soldiers. Here at work We sent out 9 boxes to 3 different soldiers for the holidays. Peter recommended the site and let me tell you it was a great feeling putting together those 9 boxes. Hopefully we helped more than 3 soldiers because they usually share with their friends.
