When you send out thank yous (e-party, shower, wedding, etc) do you send them all out at once when you are done with them all, or do you send them out in waves as you finish them?
I wrote our e-party thank yous in large clumps over the course of a week, but sent them out as I finished them.
One of the other posts about late thank yous made me wonder if it's better to send them ASAP even if it means sending them out at different times, or to wait until they are all done before mailing them. Thoughts?

I think i'm going to fill them out in clumps but send them out at the same time. I KNOW my family and if some are receiving them before others, phone calls would be made saying 'oh you received Dana's thank you? oh thats nice I didnt get mine yet' or 'Oh thats nice Dana sent you one and not me'
i cant stand anyone lol

I voted after they are all done because I did my STD's in waves (as I finished them) and I heard people saying that they got theirs & then others saying oh I didn't get one?? Am I not invited?? Blah blah blah so now I wait & mail all correspondence together!! lol

I don't know what we will do with wedding thank yous... there will be so many and FH is worthless when it comes to writing them

write them all and send out everything at once. because some people might talk to eachother like 'did you get your thank you its sooo cute' and the other person might have not gotten his/hers and their like 'no....'
i suck at explaining but i think you should write them all throughout time and send them out together.

I still have over 100 wedding thank you's to send out (out of about 400) so I have sent them out as I have them done... usually in batches of 50.

Anyone who isn't coming to my wedding but already sent a gift to I mailed them there thank you right away. I am a procastinator so the more thank you cards I can get done before the wedding the better. For the people who are attending my wedding their thank you cards will all be mailed together.

I am with you! Esp when we do the wedding thank yous (with the picture in them).....people will be talking and if so-and-so didnt get theirs yet they may be mad!

I send them out all together so one person can't wonder why so-and-so got their thank you so fast but not them... imo better late than never!

I would mail them all out together.... this way no one gets thiers a month later .....
plus this way you dont foget anyone.... ( i had to go over my e-party list 3 times before i mailed out my thank yous)
