Sept. Brides...

Where will you be spending your honeymoon? I don't know where to go due to hurricane season.

crashing, but I'm early October so I almost count :)

We're taking a chance and going to Negril, Jamaica. You're late enough in September that you should be ok. I wanted to go to Greece, Hawaii or Tahiti, but it's too expensive for me!!!

We're the first weekend in October and we're taking our chances and going to Excellence Playa Mujeres in Mexico. Just get trip insurance :)

We are not sure yet...possibly Napa/Sonoma and then onto Mexico. Tossed around the idea of a European cruise too...

Aruba! We are staying at The Hyatt and if you book now through the end of Sept '09 and mention Bridal Guide you get a free room upgrade and welcome gift!

Other islands outside the hurricane belt are Curaco and Bonaire (sp?)

we havent decided but our hall gave us the greece package so we kinda just want to go there...where are you staying

We are going to Bermuda. We're goings earlier in the month, and there's not much risk of hurricanes until Oct, and most tropical storms die off before reaching Bermuda. In fact August is supposed to be the best month to visit, so I'm hoping that will be true for us :)

OMG!!! I never ever thought to consider Hurrican Season as being a problem for our Honeymoon. That *****. I guess we are just going to have to take our chances.
