Please tell me I'm not the only one who hasn't booked their RD yet!!!! We're having a hard time finding a place because we are about 65 people (FH family is OOTers) Any suggestions for a place to have it in Nassau?? TIA!! Dana

We just decided to book the RD the other day!! We are having the rehearsal the day before the wedding at 7pm and then having the RD at 8pm. The restaurant is 3 blocks from the church and we got a fabulously affordable deal!! Our RD spot is T.R.'s Restaurant on Hillside Avenue in Williston Park. We are getting the whole upstairs room and it has it's own bar! We are excited!!

It's not in Nassau but Deer Park has Bella Verde. Had my e party there soooo pretty and that is about the right amount to book that place... I think their min is 60 ... or check out eatoutlongisland.com for some more choices. Good Luck...

we haven't booked ours yet....I've researched a few places.....we might consider having something at our house (since we've done so many renovations its a good way to show off our work ......but we're probably having around 30-35 people....so that might be a bit much to have at the house.
Do you plan on having yours on a Friday?? We're looking at either Wednesday or Thursday, so at least those are not hugely popular nights for private parties, and there wouldn't be too much competition to book!

We have to have ours Friday nite unfortunately, because FH's family is coming from OOT Thursday night! I'm going to make some calls right now!!
