I still use mine every once in awhile. It defintely tightens up your muscles a little bit. Not sure if my arms look dfferent though... I have small arms.

haha! you guys are funny! I was wondering the same thing...if people think its worth the cash. I'll try anything to tighten up my arms. My free weights are so boring tho.

I just bought it last week and if you're going to be disciplined it'll work great, if not...then don't waste your time or money....I like it though, I feel the burn in about a minute or less and you're supposed to do it for 6 minutes but I gotta work my way up to that, lol...
