Share your Worst date ever

omg ive had a lot of them!

hmm...once I went out w a guy. I agreed to meet him at a diner for coffee. He was gorgeous..and WEIRD.
anyway, we sit and I order a coffee and a diet coke..he does the same. weird.

then he gets up to go to the bathroom and says, 'please don't leave. ok? I'm gonna watch.'

anyway..he comes back and says, 'I really think I'm in love with you.'

he's known me for like 10 mins and part f it he was in the bathroom!

and then whips out a picture and says, 'This is when I came out of the coma.'

yeah....I left.

I was meeting a guy at dave and busters one time bc I was scared to have him pick me up. (bad sign right there) I get there and call him he's like I'm here... I said where... his response I'm flashing my lights come over to the car... umm okaaayy...

Then I walk over to his car, and he is smoking pot... he offers it to me. I polietly decline and we go inside. (side note... I held the door ) I ask him if he wants to play some pool?... no... wanna play a video game... I hate video games... umm okay wanna get a drink.. yea... Then the munchies kick in and he is eating like a beast and drinking like a fish. So I'm trying to create some chit chat... he hates eveything, basball, football, cars... the only thing he was into was mixed martial arts. He was a fighter. He then tells me how bloody he got in his last fight.

it only got worse from there. Needless to say I never saw him again.. THANK GOD!

this is the worst part. after he whined and begged I met him at Applebee's for drinks. yes...why? I dont know.

ugh..

I said 'I'll go if you don't embarrass me.'

so we go and they sit us in the bar at one of those little tables.

He grabs my hand and starts singing LOUD, 'You just call out my name and you know wherever I am, I'll come running..:

I left and never spoke to him again.

I went on a first (and last) date with a friend of a friend...This guy picked me up in an old jalopy mini van (i'll let it slide b/c it is what it is and I'm not really a car person anyhow) So anyway he picks me up and takes me to KENNEDY FRIED CHICKEN and then to the Whitestone Cinemas...where there was a shooting a few days before...WHOA big spender. This guy was not even trying! It turned our this is what he did with his buddies! Then when I didn't call him back he went nut-so on me and said he came to my college and saw me WALKING with another guy! -not holding hands, not hugging, not making out JUST WALKING! So of course this is where he started rumors that I cheated on him...after 1 date and me never calling him again!

I copied this from a previous worst date thread that I wrote before:

I had just broke up with my ex-husband and my friend (now ex-friend) set me up with tthis guy. So we go the the beach at Coney Island. After about 2 hrs he mentioned about going for something to eat. So we stop by his apt so he can change but then he said I know of a great greek place around the corner I will run out and get something to eat for us and while I am gone you CAN CLEAN MY HOUSE!!!!!!! he leaves I call my BF screaming you have to come and get me now that crazy guy wants be to clean his house!! But I had no idea where I was. I start looking for his mail to find an address and he comes home. So I quick hang up with BF. He brings back a salad- 1 salad to split!! I am trying to figure out how to get out of there when BF call me and says where are you ? you were supposed to babysit for me? OMG I totally forgot!!! So I tell crazy guy I forgot Iwas supposedto babysit and I had to go home. His response was- Thats a shame I had a great night planed out we were goingto get pizza have a bottle of wine and who knows what would have happened.!!!!!
He called me the next week wanting to see me again- I made believe I had no idea who he was and hung up!!

then he looks at me like he remembered I was there and says, 'hey, why dont you join me?'

omg, back a lonnnng time ago when I was single, I started a blog about the annoyances of dating and how to guarantee you will not get a 2nd date. I just dug deeeep to find this one entry. Every single one is 100000% true and from a few different dates. I really picked some winners! ENJOY:


1. You take me out at dinner time and don't feed me. Then, when I say I'm hungry, you make a remark that refers to me being fat or gluttonous.
('Can I get you a cheeseburger too?' is NOT going to wet my panties)

2. When I sincerely thank you for picking up the tab for my wine, you say, 'No problem, you can just buy me a beer at the next place.'
(Really? REALLY? Can I?)

2a. When we get to aforementioned 'next place' (aka, dingy, dark hole in the wall bar), you sit down and say 'I'll take that beer now, I drink ______' as if I'm your beer maid.
(I should have walked straight past the bar and out the front door, but I'm not that b*tchy)

3. You don’t laugh at my jokes.
(No further explanation…we just simply won’t get along, and you’re probably not funny anyway.)

4. Not only do you not open car/restaurant/any doors for me, but you wait until I open them for you.
(I'm all about being independent, but I appreciate whatever chivalry is left in this cold, cold world of dating.)

5. You let me split the check in half with you, even though your meal was considerably more expensive, and then you leave a $2 tip, forcing me to compensate for the poor waitress and leave 30%.
(Thanks, buddy. My salad just turned into a $19 lunch date)

6. When asked a question about yourself, you take the opportunity to talk about all of your accomplishments for the next 30 minutes, without asking me about ME once.
(All I hear is wommmp wommmmp wommmmmmmp.)

7. When I ask what we're doing next, you mutter something about me sitting on your lap and making out with you.
(After hanging out for 85 minutes and me already realizing that you're a douchebag, you're lucky if we do any handholding)

8. You park 800 miles away from where we're going and make me walk in the freezing cold, in heels.
(Usually I refuse to be picked up while waiting in the warmth, but it would be nice to at least offer)

9. You ask for the check before I can answer the waitress' question about whether I want coffee.
(Maybe I wanted some dessert? Or you could order some manners.)

10. You text/call/text/text/text/leave voicemails/leave unstable rambling voicemails, with no response from me in between.
(Do you have a job or anything else to do? Think about what your friends would say if a GIRL was doing this!)

So, yeah. That's probably why I didn't want the 2nd date. Call me a picky b*tch, but I'll just call you clueless.

omg it sounds like you were getting punked!!!!!

I actually haven't gone on many dates, I feel like I only have went out with boyfriends from HS and then in college I didn't really date anyone, but there's one date that was so weird and awkward!

I met a guy out at a bar one night, thought he was really cute (after drinking all night) and kissed him on the cheek and gave him my number.

He called and asked me out for 'coffee' so I met him at 7-11 and got into his car, when I noticed already that i was wearing some serious beer goggles the night I met him, I went with him anyway.. we went to a used book store where I wandered around while he looked at comic books and then after that he wanted to still get coffee and I told him that I forgot I had to go meet my mom. HA It was sooo uncomfortable and he was so creepy looking!

I went on a date with this gym teacher and then he told me he dated one of his students right after she graduated.
