She is finally Born!! With Pics!!!

Ava was born at 8:52, she is 21 1/2 inches long, and was 8 lbs 14 ozs

They were inducing on the 9th if she didn't go into labor.

She is not having any contractions, and feels fine is just leaking. I hate that they are in Florida!!!

They called a few times this morning, no baby yet.

She is 4 cm dilated, and they gave her an epidural.

I was on the phone with him when she was having a contraction, before she had the epidural, and it was so amazing to her him coaching her thru it.

We all thought, including my brother and SIL, that he would be a basketcase, and he is being so great.

The Dr's said she will be having her today, probably within 8 hours.

I am so excited!!!

She is still 4cm, and was throwing up after the epidural, and is now finally sleeping. I feel so bad for her.

C'mon Ava!!!

ETA I was told that I wouldn't be permitted to push for longer than 3 hours. Not sure if this is just my hospital's policy or if its universal .
