Ok. I saw a pair of shoes today that I loved, but they wanted 70 bucks for them and I thought that was high. They need to be dyed, too. I just saw the same shoes online for 45 bucks. Now, can I have them dyed before they send them to me, or do I really need to go order them for 70 bucks and give them a swatch? My dress is silk, so it's not pure white. I don't know what to do. I really like these shoes, which is SOOOOOO rare for me. I'm full of questions today, and it's annoying me!

Can't you order the $45 pair and then have them dyed somewhere else (when you have the swatch?)

Can you get a swatch of your dress and mail it to the shoe company?
Did you try on the shoes? Go on to the shoe company website and see who else carries that brand. Call a few places to see if they have it and for how much.

I already tried on the shoes in the store. I didn't know I could just take them to be dyed somewhere else. I think that's the question I was really getting at So as long as I can do that and it's not an arm and a leg, then I guess I should order them. So next question would be how much to get shoes dyed?

I got mine at Estelle's they don't dye there but the place they recomend was $18. I know some places won't dye unless you buy them there.

I ordered mine online and then had them dyed at a store in midtown for $20(I think. It might have been $25). It took them about 5 days.

i got mine for $55 at sandy's in massapequa the same ones were $65 at Pamela's in Merrick did you try there? the had a decent selection i bought them there b/c they were so nice and helpful -
