Shoe HELP please!
My dress will be in any day now and I really need to find some shoes for the wedding before my first fitting. I've purchased two pairs already (online) and both ended up being so high that I didn't feel comfortable walking in them. I wear a lot of high heels, usually 4 -4.5 inches and am comfortable in platforms, but these were like 6 inches…a bit crazy.I've looked at every online shoe store pretty much, Macys, lord and taylor, dsw, steve madden, aldo, you name it.
Help please!!
P.S. please post photos of your shoes and where you got them so i can get ideas!

I don't know what price range you're looking for but I always recommend shoesofprey.com because you literally design your shoe the exact way you want, bling or no bling, crazy colors or plain, any height heel you want, etc. Compared to most designer shoes its much less, but still not cheap.

At first i wanted designer shoes but at this point i don't really care, i just want them to be fairly comfortable and something i'd wear again. I'll check that out.

Try http://www.fashionaras.com/. Go to the Search field and type in De Blossom Collection. I had a really hard time finding shoes, too, but I loved these: http://www.fashionaras.com/de-blossom-lin-76-t-strap-lace-dressy-sandal/I find they're actually pretty comfortable, and you sure can't beat the price!

I had the SAME issue! I literally drove all over Long Island and was almost in tears at one point thinking I would never find shoes. I actually found a pair (in my Little Touches album) that were very comfy and very different which is what I wanted. Check out Rhea Nichols in Rockville Center...the service was excellent with unique shoes to choose from. HTH!

http://www.zappos.com/badgley-mischka-lacie-white-satin?zfcTest=fcl%3A0That is the like of the shoes I bought. They have free shipping both ways so I ordered 3 sizes (7, 7.5 and 8) . I wound up keeping the 7.5. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5

I bought Badgley Mischka 'Goodies' on 6pm.com, they were the cheapest. I ordered a 7.5 (usually I'm a 7 or 7.5) They are a little tight in the toes and a little loose in the heel. I'm going to wear them to break them in in the toes and then use a pad for the heel.I'm used to wearing really high heels. These are 4', but they have a little bit of a platform so I really feel like I'm not wearing high heels at all, but they are giving me the height I need.
They are so gorgeous and sparkly. If you like the shoe, I found them in all different colors on Amazon. Amazon's return policy is so good, I'd suggest trying them out if you like the style a little. I got purple to match my bridesmaids, but they have a lot of different colors. Good luck!

http://www.zappos.com/badgley-mischka-salsa-white-satin?ef_id=UatQ1gAABdhXEjEF:20130702020402:s&zfcTest=fcl%3A0I wore these - I'm usually 7, sometimes 7.5 and I got a 7.5. They actually carry them at Nordstrom, so I was able to try them on. FYI, the vanilla is VERY vanilla, the white matched my 'ivory' dress perfectly.
They were pretty comfortable, I only lasted until after the first dances, but I wear sneakers to work so my tolerance for heels is zero. They were gorgeous though!

I know some girls on here have taken a shoe that they love that was too high and had them shorten. That's always an option. I think it depends on the shoe but if I recall correctly hers were Badgley Mischka

Try Casa di Mario in Patchogue. They can also dye the shoes (included in the price).

Casa Di Mario in Patchogue has a wide selection. Someone told me about the store today and I went there and purchased my wedding day shoes after searching all other stores. They are very comfortable. The shoes I got are very pretty and they were about $80.

Re: Shoe HELP please!
Mine were Christian Louboutin (purchased at Neiman Marcus). They're a 4 1/2' heel and were beyond comfortable b/c they are slingback. I literally wore them from 11am without taking them off until I danced with my dad.
