Shoes

Good Morning to all that are awake! I have a quick question. I'm starting to shop around for my shoes and I was wondering if you ladies new of any places that had a good selection of bridal shoes. I've been to the one on Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook (not thrilled with their selection or service) and I've been to the Bridal Shoe Boutique in Carle Place. I found two pairs of shoes there and I loved there service he even told me that if I couldn't deside between the two I could purchase them and return them within seven days, he was suggesting to go try on my dress with the two different shoes. Are there any other places in Nassau or just into Suffolk that you suggest? I was looking for close toe but possible open toe.

There is a place in Patchoge on Main Street right next to Paradise Bridal that has a HUGE selection. Largest I've ever seen.

Hope that helps...sorry...I don't know the name.

Same here... I need no more than a 2-21/2' heel or I'll kill myself by the end of the day. The shoes that I wore for my sisters wedding were 3'+ and I had to take them off every 1/2hour. All the walking around taking pictures and walking at the gardens killed me. Need a thicker heel to so I don't sink into the grass!!!

I literally just ordered my shoes from shoebuy.com They have a decent selections and their prices are really good. I originally ordered a pair with a 2 1/2' heel, but FH isn't very tall and I felt it was too much. I just ordered a pair with a 1 3/4' heel. They have free shipping, free returns, no tax and if you enter promo code 'shoebuy' it is 10% off.

It is pretty easy. I returned to shoebuy and zappos and it is the same for both. You click the return button, enter your order number and all your info will pull up. You then click the return item button and it notifies the company a return is pending. You then print out a ups label that the website generates, tape it onto the box and drop it off at a UPS store. Once the company receives the return, they credit your account.

Yeah...they really have tons of shoes...I would be very surprised if you couldn't find a pair there.

I second Craft Shoes. I've gotten my Communion, Confirmation, Prom, Graduation (HS and College) and Wedding shoes from them.

I don't think the place is gross though. Just old fashioned. It looks the same as it did when I was 4, but I like that about it.

Re: Shoes

I got my shoes at Rhea Nichols in Rockville Center. They had a beautiful selection of bridal / dress shoes and excellent customer service. The saleswoman was very knowledgeable. I ended up getting a pair of Coloriffics shoes - style Katy - dying is included with the cost of the shoes, which is comparable to online.
