Short dresses

So I'm going bridesmaid dress shopping tmrw with my matron of honor and I was wondering, are short dresses inappropriate for a spring night wedding? We are getting married at 2:30 and the CH starts at 6. I love the look of short dresses, but is it too late of a wedding for them? Thanks!!

Not at all...spring wedding a lot of people do have the short BM dresses ....it will look so nice!@

Nah I think it's great! I like short better than tea length too I think because I was in a wedding where they did the 'tea length' all different so we may as well have just gone with all short.

I think its fine. I am having a winter wedding and opting for short dresses - I know it's not traditional, but everything is indoors and it was important to me to choose something that my BM's would be able to rewear and I couldn't find a gown that would work. I think they are all happy with the idea too.
