should i just book w/out trial?

i NEEEEEEEEED to book hair and makeup! would it be totally horrible to book someone without a trial??? i have seen lots of their work, but i dont know if thats good enough... I mean at this point i cant be picky anyway, so should I go with my instinct and just book or do you REALLY suggest a trial 1st?? PLEASE HELP!

I'm tempted to do the same thing since I'm OOT most of the time and it's hard to schedule trials (I'm afraid people will book), but I'm going to wait. I'm getting married on a Sunday so hopefully the date will be less popular and I want to make sure I really like how it looks.

Hair I'm not as worried about but I'll probably still do a trial -- not so much for the stylist as the style. I'm thinking about half-up with curles, and I want to see how my hair holds up since it's normally straight

then when i had my trial i knew i made the right choice!!
