I'm personally not a big fan of shower games, but at mine they played shower 'bingo' and geez, you would have thought we were giving away a vacation to the Caribbean! The women were SO into it and in turn, very into what I was opening. It made it more interactive and very fun to see who would win the next prize (bottles of wine).

Yea, I'm not a big game person either but it's for my FSIL...her mom asked me for game ideas. Anyone know how that dress someone up like a bride using toilet paper goes....or that other one where you ask the groom questions before the shower and then you ask her during the shower and then what?....how does someone win?...anyone know?...or have any other game ideas? Thanks!

I really like the BINGO game where everyone writes what they think the bride will receive in the boxes. I find it gives people something to do while you are opening the gifts. I hate when the guests beome so loud that they are not paying any attention to the guest of honor. I was at a baby shower a couple of weeks ago and nobody was paying attention to the mom-to-be and those of us who wanted to couldn't tell what the heck was going on.
edited to say: I despise the toilet paper bride game. I had to do that once and it was so ridiculous. JMO

I too do NOT like the toilet paper game. We did the bingo which people seemed into and his sister asked me the questions that he already answered 5 at a time between presents (I only got 1 wrong) and people seemed into that too.

I'm reallly not into the games either but at my shower everyone got a neclace with wedding rings attached to it and if anyone said the word wedding at the shower someone had to take there neclace away...then at the end of the shower the person with the most neclaces won a prize

a fun game is when someone emails questions to your FH and then you have to guess what he answered... if you are wrong there is some sort of penalty (you take a shot or whatever LOL). its really fun!

There is no way to study for that game. I have to say though it is really funny at a shower. At the one shower I went to for every answer she got wrong she had to eat a piece of gum.....she was a drooling disaster.....it was hilarious.

I'd love to play it - its funny and everyone enjoys it.

Just say no to bridal bingo though......too many people cheat just to win the prize LOL
