My Mom said she's going to start looking for places to have my shower soon...can you ladies recommend places - either restaurants or catering halls - preferably in western/mid nassau along with an approximate price per person (she'll probably be doing a sort of brunch thingy). It needs to hold 100 people.

Pompei in West Hempstead. Not sure of prices--they have all different packages and they will work with your budget. The food is great!

my mom is having mine at the Paml Court at the Carltun in Eisenhower Park
I believe with tax and tip it comes out to be around $70 per person

My mother works at the Carltun. You'll have a beautiful shower. It's truly one of my favorite places in LI - and I'm not being partial!
