Shuttle Question
Our hotel is providing our shuttle, they provide two 14 passenger shuttles but we have over 60 guests staying...They told us that that is fine - but I dont see how this works out. I dont want people to wait at the venue at the end of night. How did you guys all arrange your shuttles?

Shuttle Question
Do they have to leave at the same time? You could do 2 runs per shuttle and stagger them to minimize wait times ie: shuttle A picks up at 6 and 6:30, Shuttle B at 6:15 and 6:45?

Shuttle Question
Make sure they do multiple runs. I found a lot of hotels would only have shuttles do one run, no matter how many guests.

Shuttle Question
They do multiple I'm more concerned for the transportation returning to the hotel. Worried ppl will be stuck at the venue if they all stay till the end.

We are doing this but ours only does 2 'runs' but is pretty close by. not sure if they have 2 buses or not, we are going to make people sign up and basically if you miss it, not our problem!

Shuttle Question
How far is the hotel and will they make multiple runs? I dont think its a big deal if they have to wait 15 min. Ask if they can scatter the times....

Shuttle Question
They usually do the multiple runs, but I'd be concerned with the amount of people you have. You would need more than four runs. I'm not sure how far your hotel is from your venue, but even if it was close that could be an hour. (Figure 10min back and forth plus unloading.) I got a party bus to do it all in one or two shots.Welcome New Vendors
