Can anyone recommend an affordable shuttle company? I wanted to shuttle my guests to the hotel after the reception and then back to the hall the following morning to pick up their cars. I just got a really high quote so I'm stressing!!!

Try Ollie's Transportation or Ollie's Taxi or something like that. My hotel recommended them and they are very affordable. They aren't 'fancy' shuttles (just plain vans), but I expect they will be clean, on time, etc.

where is ur wedding & have u chosen a hotel yet???? We got married in Nassau county & used the wingate inn....they were great & provided free shuttle service

We're using Wingate, too. You have to have 15 rooms reserved to get the free shuttle -- 1 free 14-passenger shuttle roung trip. We booked so many rooms that we got 1.5 (1 round trip and half of the seond shuttle).

We're using the Hampton Inn in Farmingville...they don't provide shuttles :(
