My throat was killing me all weekend. I have chronic throat problems, my sinus are stuffed and my back friggen aches! DH and I are suppose to go camping with friends this weekend, I hope I'm better by then! I bough over the counter liquid cough syrup. Its suppose to last 6 hrs but so far its only last one, because everything is coming back! Ack! I hate being sick!

Drink lots of watre. I was sick last week, and every other bottle of water I drank, I dropped a tablet of air borne daytime into it to help build up my immune defenses.
I took Tylenol Severe Cold Sryup medicine - take it verey 4 hours as needed and they make it in Daytime and Nightime.
I got better in no time.

Oh no Bonnie, be sure to rest up and eat plenty of hot soup and drink some OJ!!!!
