Sick wedding guests had virus- not venue's fault

I wanted to update everyone on the situation with the sick wedding guests. The sick guests were all on the groom's side, and one of them just told DH that a doctor examined him and that he had gastroenteritis, which is a vira, infection. Must be what his aunt had and passed along to some of the other guests.
