signiture drinks

Hi,

I need help!!!

I wanted to make signiture drink cards and put them in picture frames on the bar, so everyone knows we have them....

Anyone have pics of what they did or suggestions on wording, or layout??

My wedding is not at a reception hall. So, when I originally met with the caterer I told him I wanted to do this.

I would imagine they would say you could as long as they have all the ingrediants

Not to hijack your post but how do you create a signature drink? Do you have to ask the RH if they will make it or do you just assume that they will. I want to do this but of course im confused!

As long as the RH has the liquor to make the drinks, they should allow you to do this. Really it's no different than a ton of people going up to the bar and asking for their favorite drink...and if the bar tender isn't familiar, they would ask what's in it, then mix it accordingly. My RH shockingly is ok with this, and just said that as long as they had the liquor and the bar tender kind of had advanced warning, it was fine.

I aksed my reception hall. made sure they had all the ingredients. Im giving them the recipes when i go there tonight.

OUr signature drink is just a cosmo.. the color goes with our theme and we are calling it a 'Cavatini' .. so the signrature is really just changing the name to make it personal to FH and I (Cava being FH's last name).

Our RH had no problem making it obvioulsy since its a common drink.. we just need to provide our own card identifying it as such . I may just create little tent cards for the trays that they will be passed around in that say 'Cavatini'
