Silly ques about throwing rice or confetti...............
If you are throwing rice or confetti are you afraid it will get stuck in your hair and you wont be able to get it out. I have seen this many times. I dont want to attend my reception with rice in my hair

I was just going to say that----a lot of places have 'banned' confetti or rice. I know my contract says they're not allowed.

Yeah some churches do ban rice. Mine doesnt I dont think . I will just do rose petals or a bigger confetti this way they wont get stuck.
I dont like rose petals bec they turn brown in the heat, I will feel embarassed if they are fake. My friend had rose petals that turned brown, it was gross

My church only allows bubbles or birdseed. We are throwing rose petals anyway.
The birdseed always winds up in your hair, down your dress -- not what I want!

Ohhh bird seed is the worse, it hides in your hair and doesnt come out

alot of church's dont allow rose pedals either! ugh!! they have bird friendly rice u can use the melts in the rain! u can put u'r veil over you head when they throw it....i think i'm doing bubbles and streamers i dunno!

I want to do streamers too, but FH 'isn't sure how it will look' haha....he wants to see pictures to prove it will look good....

The petals and bubbles look great in pictures though!

I never really thought of bubbles, are they nice?? I was at target the other day and in their wedd section they have a box of bubbles decorated already for cheap, maybe I will go back

Yea that I know too, my church doesnt allow them to be thrown inside, but they said outside was fine. In our lil handbook of do's and donts..there's more dont's than do's lol

Bubbles look great. You can get them anywhere. Oriental trading has them for really cheap.

BUBBLE WARNING -- I know A LOT of people do this but be careful that the bubbles don't pop/break or spill on your dress -- they STAIN!!!!!!!!! Especially on Silk/Satin.
