Maiden name: short easy name.
Married name: kept my maiden name. most people have always called me 'Kerielastname' as if it were one word. that's not why I kept it but i figured i'd give you that bit of trivia. DH also has a very easy last name, 2 syllables.

Maiden: Often mispronounced Italian name. It's only 6 letters long but the first 2 letters throw people off.
Married: Five letter Irish name, I've got not a drop of Irish blood in me. Should be easy to pronounce (I knew how to say it properly the first time) but is still often massacred.

My initials remained the same though
(I hyphenated though) It does not sound fabulous together, but I felt strongly about keeping my last name as well as adding DHs last name-

Maiden: unique Jewish last name Married: not unique at all name.. not sure of the ethnicity, some tell me it sounds british.
I haven't officially changed it though.
