Yup...that would be me. I think i have a food issue. But good news, 9 lbs off since Sunday with southbeach! Should be 12 by tomorrow with the amount i'm about to throw up!

I ate the slim fast 2 hrs before the sashimi and thought it would be safe. Guess not. i said eww as i was writing it...really dont feel like throwing up at work.
