Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
I never really stuck with it but I know the shakes are pretty good. I hear it works, not for long term but maybe for a little....

Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
I did some a project in grad school a few years ago and found out that the molecular structure of slim fast is 1 molecule away from drain-o...that explains the full feeling....

Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
i would avoid slimfast actually. it's a meal replacement... and life is not about meal replacements... you should enjoy what your eating. When you go back to eating your normal meals, you might gain it back.
EAS makes a great tasting protein shake that you can have as a snack/drink to fill you up between meals and works well after workouts. On WW i think each shake is only 3 points.

Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
When i was on jenny craig they told me to stay away from them because of the high sugar content. I don't know if that is true or not but i stayed away from them.

Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
my biggest problem area is my mid-section.. it's so sad how many crunches i do for bare minimal results.. i'm 5'4 and have a small structure.. so any weight gained will show fast, it looks so grossss
i'm not much of a cardio person.. but i need to get going..

I would go with the meal replacement bars instead.
As someone posted before the shakes do have a metallic aftertaste

Re: Slimfast anyone?!?!
Personally wasn't for me, they taste good, but my intestines hated them. I would also end up snacking because I felt like I didn't eat. Crazy.
