small scratches on my silver pendant...where can I get them removed?

They are not big scratches at all. I put a necklace with a silver pendant in my purse and it got scratched up a bit. Do I just buff it up?

Can I buff it myself to get rid of the scratches? They are not deep. What can I do it with? Or do I need to bring it to a professional? Thanks.

I doubt it would cost a lot to bring it to a jeweler. I don't know of any products that would do it otherwise I would tell you.

You can remove some of the scratches with a jewelry polishing cloth or jewely cleaning liquid(can be found in Department stores in the jewelry area, and some drug stores may carry it too). It may not remove all of the scratches, but if you want it to look totally perfect, I would say to bring it to a jeweler, and have it dipped in Rodium (a white gold overlay). That would work, but it would also cost more that a regular jewelry cleaner. Hope this helps...
