After 9 years of employment - I am out of a job at the end of January! I was laid off! What a SHOCK! AND MY 30th BDAY is Saturday ..

I guess I need hugs.,... I am sorry girls! I am stunned right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a way to start my 07 year!

UPDATE! 1/11 - Hey girls, I just realized this was bumped due to a FM I received, I haven't really been on this week, I have been busy feeling sorry for myself, trying to find a job and deciding what I want to do, which is still up in the air, I have two interviews in the morning, one I know am not interested in, it is further than I am now doing the same work I am currently doing...not interested, but I figure i iwll be in the area for the first interview so why not get the 'interview experience'. The first one is at a staffing agency so I am HOPING they can help me figure out a job that I iwll love, seeing as they know what kinds of jobs are out there. So anywayk, I have good days and bad days, I am trying to get through this. I really again thank you all for your support and great advice, I will look into it all!

OH ps - FH threw me an AMAZING surprise 30th bday on Saturday, It was bitter sweet but an amazing night, I really should post some pics, but I have been lazy!

Hey!

I think I may have something for you. I work in human resources (publishing) and we just lost our HR Assistant.

We are looking to fill this job ASAP. I can give you more info about pay/responsibilities/etc if you are interested.

I must say that it’s on Hoboken, NJ. But we have lots of ppl who come from long island and btwn the LIRR and the Path it’s a pretty fast commute.
