Small wedding (75) by the water/garden in Westchester/Bronx/Manhattan

Hi everyone, I am new to the board and tried to run some searches on small weddings (less than 75) not to far from uptown manhattan, preferably in westchester, new rochelle, bronx. I want it to be by the water or have gardens. Also if the rooms has windows with any kind of great view and outdoor space, that would be great. TALL ORDER I KNOW!! lol
is that too much to ask for?? lol
also price around $100pp or less before tax and service.
i hope to be able to help out other brides any way i can so i thank all the brides in advance for any advice...

Mine does small wedding as well. I have a 50 guest minimum and there are some pictures I took at the hall in my album but it's in western Nassau.

I'm not sure about places in the areas that you are looking for. Good luck!

Riverview in Hasting on Hudson has a beautiful view of the Hudson with floor to ceiling windows and I believe can do smaller weddings. I know Bear Mountain has views of the lake but I don't know the sizes it does. I've heard of another place called The Garrison but I don't know to much about it.

Crabtrees Kittle house does weddings. It's in Chappaqua so no water view but it has lovely gardens. The food is 5 star and out of this world. There is a new place in Yonkers-on the hudson too I think it is something like X2O that got great reviews too. The Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club in on the LI sound but I don't know what their small wedding # is.

I saw this on the riverview web-site. You may want to ask them about it :

The Terrace Room accommodates 50 to 150 people with a dance floor and up to 200 people for corporate meetings.

Floor to ceiling windows offer panoramic views of the Hudson and Palisades.

Did you try Beckwith Pointe?? I got married there and its beautiful! Floor to ceiling windows, on the water (LI Sound) and its set on 12 acres, there are gardens, fountains, waterfalls, the beach and an amazing rock jetty!

They have 2 rooms, possibly the smaller room will have a lower minimum....
