so annoyed at work
I just spent the last two days working on this memo, and I emailed it to the partner and about 30 seconds later he called me and told me this wasn't what he was looking for. And I was like ????? so I flip back to my notes, which I copied down from our conversation word for word yesterday, and it was EXACTLY what he said! I can't stand it when they do this. Don't tell me to research and write about something and then tell me I actually researched the wrong thing when I did exactly what you said!
And this is the second time it happened today. Earlier today he started to talk about an issue for a client and I said, I don't think we ever discussed this. And he said, oh we discussed it last week. So being a nerd, I flipped back to my notes from last week and lo and behold there were all of the issues we discussed for this client and this was NOT one of them.
