so confused

OK, so i went looking at RH's on saturday as i stated in my other post

everyone that i talk to or hear from says something different about each place and now i am soooo confused!!!

hahaha yeah i know that feeling...When i saw the prices everyone else was paying for the same place, i was like uhmmm thats not the price i got

aww they can be really confusing, why don't you make a list of your top 4 and you and your FH sit down and narrow it down from there. Make a pros and cons list for each of them!

i think that is a great start, because in the end it is really your opinion that matters. i think many peoples opinions on different RHs are subjective so you have to really think about what it is you two want for your wedding.

Thats what FH and me did. We narrowed it down to our top two, then went out to dinner so we could talk alone, and made a list of pros and cons

by the end of dinner we made our decision based on what we saw, what we researched. It really helped... maybe that can help. Focus on the things you guys liked first, then take into consideration family and other opinions that stick into your mind about a specific RH.

we called the next day, and put our date on reserve.

Yeah dont worry seriously...Listen there are places that people LOOOVE and i personally hated!!!! but thats their style, what they want so what i think doesn't matter, i wouldn't even tell the person that bc like i said to each their own...And vice versa, people have had comments about my RH, it happens

FH trusts me and my decision
I went looking with mom and dad on saturday

they like the one that i like best so far, - its other people that are giving me feedback and i know they are trying to be helpful, but now im confused

I looked at;

Crest Hollow - sisters wedding 9 years ago was great, friends last year sucked - just wanted to check it out

Woodbury country club - just not my style, too scattered with the ceremony and 3 levels and lots of stairs

North Ritz - LOVED!!! but too $$

so now the only one left (but i did like it a lot) is
Fox hollow

i heard great things, and then some not so great things

what we did was limit ourselves to a certain amount of halls to look at . we researched them online according to our budget we narrowed it down to 6 or seven to look at. so i called and made appts. here are the ones we looked at in order
1. sunset harbour- patchogue A
2. westlake- B+
3. patchogue manor- B
4. three village inn- B+
5. smithtown landing -A
6. pinehollow caterers- F
7. brentwood country club- A+++++++++
