Yesterday we were talking about our eparty...he keeps wanting to invite more people, and I wanted to just stop and if people said no...that would be fine with me. But he thinks that when people say no that means that you can invite someone else!!! (we dont even have the room to do this- we already over invited by 13 people and have only gotten 2 no's!!!)
So then he proceeds to tell me that the wedding isnt going to cost that much $. So at this point I looked at him and asked him how much is not a lot of $ to you. He tells me under $20 k...Thank GOd I was sitting down because I would have fallen down. I dont get how he could be so CLUELESS!!! He was with me when we booked the hall and I have been mentioning prices to him- where did he get this number from?
Is any of your fh this clueless??

I posted this already today, but I'm just remebering when we first started planning... here's the convo...
- I know you love visiting the vineyards and your friends are all wine buffs, maybe we should have a vineyard wedding. - you can do that? - yeah, thats why its called 'vineyard wedding' - oh ok - are you ok then with the ceremony being outdoors, in the vineyard? - wow, like on tv? - well, like outside, with grass and the white garden chairs, and sunlight, but not in a garden, in a vineyard - awesome, I'm getting married like on tv
I can't believe sometimes he's got decades of education but still sounds like Joey from friends as soon as wedding stuff comes up.
Here is another one:
- We have to start thinking about the song for our first dance - Why, aren't we paying professionals, don't they know what songs are good for dancing - It has to be personal - What about the second dance, does that have to be personal too
