Do you have a copy of the approval in writing? If so you should breach the subject with the copy of the approval. I am so sorry for you that *****. I would sit down with both managers next week per your reqest and discuss the issue at hand. Explain your side of the story. Also don't hesitate to involve HR.

I do have it in writing. I just printed a fresh copy and highlighted the approval statement. So I will approach the topic with that. And I guess go from there. It is a small company there are only 8 of us. So we don't have an HR dept unfortunately. Thanks girls! I called FH and cried for a bit and I feel better now. I guess it will all work out. They have already said no matter what I can take the time. If they let me make up the time that will be ideal. Please just pray they don't dock my pay!
