so, I am trying to get everything together to begin stuffin invites..BUT
I want to make sure I include everything I am supposed to.
I have an invite with the church AND reception info, so no need for reception card, and I have response care and envelope. fh picked up direction cards from the WM yesterday, and I have the hotel accommodations card too. Anything else?
Also, should I stick a note in there explaining the hotel info, or should I just let common sense take it's course (or not, knowing some of my guests! )
I can't believe this time has come!!

Sounds like you have everything you need, Jess. I don't think a note is necessary, if anyone has any questions they'll call.

Don't the hotel info cards have the hotel blocking info on them?
If they don't, I would put in a word or two stating that rooms are available at a discount...etc..
Otherwise, you're good to go!

i would leave out the note..people tend to get more confused if there is 100000 pieces of paper in an envelope.

You're right on point. As far as the hotel information-I think the fact that you provided the accomodation information is enough, unless you blocked some rooms for them. I would maybe inform them in some type of way that you have blocked those rooms for them.

This is true, I have the same things you do stuffed in my invites, except I only included the hotel info for those that I know might need it.
