SO I had a makeup trial today....

SO I had a makeup trial today....

and she told me that she would call me the day before. Never got a call. So this morning I text her and she didn't answer. FINALLY an 1hour before she called me and told me that she was so busy with work didn't get a chance to call and I could come today but tomorrow is ok too! I made an appointment with her 2 weeks ago!

I don't feel comfortable with that. I mean if she is like this now how is she going to be on my wedding day? Is she going to be to busy with work and forget about my wedding?

Am I a little over the top with this or would you feel the same way?

I think i would feel the same way. I could understand that she was busy with work and if i liked the job she did i might still book with her but i would keep my options open just b.c if she is trying to get new business she would keep on top of her potential new clients... this is just IMHO

do you know others that had her? if so then i wouldnt worry. if you dont know others that had her then forget it... its not worth the stress!

that would be a red flag for me but like another bride said, do you know of anyone else who has used her before? did they have any issues?

i would still go for the trial to feel it her - that doesnt hurt but i would have my guard up a little bit

I'm having the same concern about my hair person. I say drop her, you don't want to be worrying about this on your wedding day.

i agree- you don't need agita worrying about your hair and makeup people on your wedding day. if she stressed you out for a trial, what's to say she won't stress you out on your wedding. no spank you!

i think i would feel the same because you wanna knw that the person will guarantee your appt i mean what if you couldn't come tomm n u rearranged ur plans for today...
