Just because she is new to the site doesn't mean she shouldn't have an opinion. Isn't that what this site is about? Also..the original poster asked for everyone's honest opinions.

I just don't think it's right for people to bash a newbie for her opinion on the simple fact that she's a newbie. You'll scare other newbies from posting on the site.

I totally agree...she was just saying what she thinks. If you bash her then she won't return or post and thats not what any of us want. everyone is free to give their opinions on here...

anyway...........basically her BM has been ticking her off and doing things she doesn't appreciate, it doesn't matter what the details were. She considered writing an email to let her BM know how she was feeling. I think the general consensus is that that convo would be better had face to face because an email leaves a lot of speculation without allowing for immediate feedback or legitimate apolgies.

it's not a bridesmaids dress. it's my sisters wedding gown!!! She ordered it from MAcys also. Same place we got my girls BM gowns.

The wedding gown to me seemed a bit rude of her! She knew your sister didnt want to show anyone,.. ALSO the store should have never showed her!

excatly!!! She should had never asking them to show it to her. Even after my sister and mother said she couldn't see it!

I think a sit down with this BM might be necessary.
I think you should let your sister handle the part about HER gown. IF you don't want to be face to face,, then maybe sit a day or two on the email and then send it.

I didn't get to read the email you planned to send because by the time I got on here, you had already removed it.
I would just like to add that I agree with the other girls who said that you should probably have the conversation in person with the girl, or at least on the phone. Sending an email is just so impersonal and can leave a lot up to interpretation. It would be a shame for a friendship to be ruined over something like this.
