It's time for the goodbye speech as is tradition on this wacky site!

I came upon this site and discovered all the outrageous things one can do to plan a wedding. I was a queen of the search function. I really had no idea I could ever catch on to something like this! After all, my first dream of a wedding was to have it at a huge Bar & Grill and just party all night! No joke! I wanted it to be that simple, relaxed and fun! Ask BunnyBride! You might believe this one- I even considered Yankee Stadium! OMG who knew it could turn into this unbelievably well planned and organized Yankee themed wedding!

You’ve all been there as I’ve shared ideas and begged you all to help me make countless decisions!! When my family, BP, friends were tired of the endless talk/questions/indecision….you were all there for me. THANK YOU! The amount of support I’ve received on this site is unbelievable and SO appreciated. So many of you are special to me so I can’t even begin to name names. Every single one of you helped make it happen in direct or roundabout ways.

And let’s not forget Ron, Liz and Kimberly! Thanks for this site!! Weddings have never been the same!

And thank you to those of you who have been sending FMs to wish me the best…I’m so touched that so many people are thinking of us!

Though they may not be reading, I have to thank and give credit to my amazing sisters/MOHs, my mom, family and friends. No way on earth could this be possible without them. And of course to Brett, who has put up with SO MUCH. He has the patience of a saint, supporting me through this crazy time as well as starting a new career, all the while making me laugh and simply making me happier than I’ve ever been - and showing me the meaning of unconditional love. OMG I love this guy soooo much and I’m finally MARRYING HIM!!!! AHHHH!!!! I’m too freaking lucky!!!

Thank you everyone!! Congrats to all the newlyweds and brides to be! Newlyweds, you remember this moment…and brides to be- you are ALMOST there!!! ’07 is more than halfway over! It’s your turn too!! All of the planning will be behind you and none of it will matter- that’s the best part. Knowing you will see your best friend at the end of the aisle, beginning the newest and greatest chapter of your life is really the most unbelievable feeling in the world.

I know this won’t be the last of my posts before 3:30pm TOMORROW but I just had give my speech while I still had some semblance of a brain left!

Okay I tried to trim this down, but you girls know me and my novel posts… You’re the best!!!

I’ll chat with ya soon!

Congratulations to you and your fiance! Very happy for you! Do update when you get the chance. May everything go smoothly and wonderful!

Btw...so sorry for asking you this question on your post but since we have the same invite, I was wondering where you had placed your direction card? Was it in b/t the white and the response postcard or at the back of the response postcard?

Thanks!

No worries at all!! Basically we created a kind of booklet with directions and hotel info. It was a lot smaller than the invite and the response/reception card. We kinda stuck it right in between the invite and the reception/response card. I think as long as you allow the contrast of colors to show - the white card in front of the blue (if you got the same color, not sure) - when you have it tied together, it's fine. Just kinda sneak it in there between the two. Does that make sense? Or you can even put it behind the response card. I don't think there are any concrete rules for that invite since it's kind of unconventional.

HOLY CRAP - LOOK AT THIS!!

Re: So long, farewell....

THANKS so muuuuch!!! Even on the night before the wedding, you're still helping other brides! That's so awesome! I think I'll probably end up putting it in b/t but dunno yet, mine are pink and brown. I do know that I'll be very relieved to place the stamps on and mailing it out.

Anyway.......congrats again! A lot of us are very excited for you! It's going to be fantastic for you two!
