So many of you know that thanks to Anti-Bride's quest for pic threads

I went plowing through the history of LIweddings and have read literally hundreds, if not thousands of threads over the last 2-3 days. It is amazing that many of the posts are almost exactly the same as ours with the joys, worries, troubles, fights, and even the occasional D word. The amazing thing is that I feel like I have a mirror ball into the future -- I know all of these great tips to deal with impeding crises -- ways that have worked to handle different situations, how to handle rambunctions FG's...you name it it has been posted.
So consider this a PSA:
One, take the time to look up a topic you are concerned, thinking about -- chances are someone has had the thought before.
Two, Take comfort in the fact that every single problem I have heard (wedding related and many of ther personal issues) has been talked about before.
Three, every possible photographer has been discussed and problem with photo/video analyzed -- so take a peek before you stress over stuff.
They have even had some of the same fights. I have bumped those I think will be most helpful but feel free to FM me if I can help direct you to something arcane I have read.

I would like to thank you for all the thread bumping you have done for us. I have copied so many valuable tips that I would have never thought about for my wedding day! I also have not forgotten about your 'specialty tea' request. My FI deletes the cookies from our computer daily and I have been having a hard time finding the site (I just happened to stumble across it one day).
Your QOTD always gives me something to look forward to and is what made me become addicted to this site. Before QOTD - I was only reading a few threads - now I am so much more involved!
So thank you for your generosity towards us all in sharing your findings!

Oh Donna and Daniela, I really appreciate that. I was not fishing for anything -- honestly, I just could not help myself when reading through all these posts, you see women frantic about this or that who are now happy marrieds 2-3 years later having
--made up with the crazy aunt
--forgotten who wouldn't pose nice
--not so upset, but indeed laugh about rain
and it all just came into perspective and I wanted to share that feeling. But Donna, thank you, your kindness means a great deal to me.

And Daniela, remarkably, I am actually fairly successful at what I do -- as I posted the other day, work is really getting in the way of my posting!
That said, I am:
--Very good at multitasking
--Do lots of work in project led ways so there is significant down time in between (ie last two days)
--completely thrilled to be marrying the most wonderful man I could imagine and sharing the experience with you all. Noone in my immediate circle really gets it.

OK, now that I am being praised-- --can I ask two questions I have been too embarrassed to ask before:
1. How do you all quote without cutting and pasting to get what someone says into a new post? It seems like it should be easier than all my cutting/pasting.
2. How do you know how many posts there are?
