i am so torn, some parts of me feel that it will b too hard to call him, other parts of me feel that i would ba horrible person to let the day go unacknowledged when i was the one who made it clear he shouldnt contact me..i really dont know what to do alot of pple think im crazy for even considering calling him cause he ended it with me, but i feel like the 3 years we spent together was 95% good, how can i let the day go without him knowing he still means something to me, i really feel so torn

if you call, how will you feel if he tells you he's seeing someone else?

Yeah Don't call. Take it from me, It is a bad idea. I did it in the past and i regretted it as soon as they answered the phone.

it always just made me feel crappy about myself. I definitely understandwhy you want to call him. I'd feel the same way, but don't do it. You don't have to forget his birthdya, maybe next year or the year after, when it's all really and truly in the past and wounds have had some time to heal you will be able to acknowledge his b0day, but for now, just keep the break clean, because otherwise you may never be ale to break from him totally, or you'll just end up feeling awkward or stupid, and you'll definitely get upset.
