So now that I will officially be an aunt.........

what do I buy first? I am so excitedddddddddddd!

I was at my sis apartment last night and in an effort to make her feel better, I stuffed my shirt with a pillow and got her LOADS of candy and chocolates.....went to the supermarket and got her pickles and cupcakes.......

I AM SO HAPPYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!

Now, instead of looking at things to register for myself, I keep looking at buybuybaby!!!

omg its so much fun to go shopping!! today is my nephews 1st birthday so I went out and spent WAY too much money. Toys and clothes, etc!!!!

when my niece & goddaughter was born the first thing i purchased for her was a bunch of care bear related items. as a kid i loved care bears so i got her all these little outfits with care bears, a little hat, & socks.

then i got her, her baptism gown.
also since she was a girl i got this cute little bonnet from FHs aunt. she wore it as a bonnet for their baptism & then has it as her something old for her wedding.

also wanted to add that the best gift is to get a US Savings Bond. its something that gets put away for their future. then when they are old enough they can use it as they want. i get these for all my friends kids. it cost me $100 & in the end it will mature to $200.

YAy congrats, Are you planning her shower ?The second my sister was having a baby I started planning her shower with my mom lol now she has 2 a girl and boy and I love being an Aunt and it is so hard I am also picking stuff up for them Enjoy and congrats again

I love being an aunt also. FH has a nephew and his sister is having a girl next month; I've been shopping like crazy for her.

So far, I've gotten the baby a winter hat and gloves, a fleece one piece jacket with bear ears, dresses, onesies, sleepers, sweaters, etc. etc.
