Okay I am so sorry that my last like ten posts have been vents. But when you are like four months from your weddings, you will totally understand.

My sister went for her fitting today. This girl at the shop was like 'OMG you should have said no so you dont have to wear this dress' AND 'WHY WOULD ANYONE PICK ROYAL BLUE AND PINK!!' when my sister mentioned that the bride was her sister the girl kind of stopped.

My sister told me because she thought it was hysterical, but now I am second guessing my choices. Maybe people are BSing me bc they think like I am the bride and they are just trying to be nice?

It just really annoyed me! I can't believe the girl said that! My sister is really quiet and shy that is why she didn't say anything.

Here is the dress. It will be in Euro Royal Blue with a baby pink sash. I like them bc they are simple - I really didn't think they were ugly? But then again I have never seen any other girls use the dress OR the colors??

just be honest with me, you can FM me if you want to - is this dress terrible? do the colors not match?

I'm sure that girl hurt your feelings but she was very rude and inconsiderate. I love the dress and the colors you chose.

I'm sure your girls will look elegant. I don't see why the pink would be a bad choice. It's not like you chose a neon pink sash! A soft pink will look so pretty against the blue!!!!

I showed my fiance (he was making fun of me for looking at LIW again) and he thought it looked nice. I don't think I've seen that dress in person but it looks pretty in the picture.

Bill Levkoff? I think I recognize the names of the colors... I considered the Euro Royal Blue but wanted something brighter so ended up going with the tissue taffeta indigo. It's a little unusual so who knows what people will think of my dresses! (style 555 in indigo).

I admit the navy-ish blue and pink arent my most favorite colors (I don't really like pink, and I prefer bright blue to navy) but they look really nice together in the picture and I'm sure they will look fab in person. I like that the pink is a pale pink as opposed to more of a bubblegum. The dress is gorgeous!

It was funny because bridesmaid dresses didn't really come in the obnoxious blue I like (to the relief of most of my bridesmaids)

What color flowers are you doing? pink?

i really like the dress style, and i love the royal blue.
i'm not too sure about the pink sashes, but that's b/c i'm having my own blue w/pink dilema.
i think they are fantastic, and as long as you love them,

so to this girl, this was like an over the top terrible dress!!! it just surprised me for some reason - not that everyone has to have the same taste as me. . .

thanks for being honest! yeah i am doing white and pink roses for the girls.

honestly, i REALLY wanted this bright bright blue but only Dessy makes it - it is called 'ocean blue' BUT they dont even make all of the dresses in that color SO i didnt like the dresses that actually CAME in ocean blue and i had to change my color to royal blue

i just took a peek at your dresses and i love them and in that color!!

yeah i have never actually SEEN a BM dress with my color combo so that is why i was thinking i just made up some random combination and now it will look horrible! lol

i also dont understand why an EMPLOYEE would be bashing dresses that her store is trying to sell?

One of my friends is planning on the same color scheme and I think its great! I really like the dress too! Remember, its only one person's opinion, and who is she anyway!!! She wont be at the wedding! I would tell the owner, maybe they will cut you a break on something, because that is just bad sales and customer service!!

Matilde your dress is very pretty. I think the colors are very soft and elegant together.

Its a bridesmaid dress- it looks like a bridesmaid dress and it looks pretty! Not everyone will like it- they never do!!! If you like it and think it will look nice in your pictures- thats all that matters!!

its a beautiful dress

some people only like certain colors - and thats their personal opinion, some people might hate blue or hate pink - so no matter how beautiful the dress is, its just not their style....but obviously the girl in the store has no class and doesnt know how to keep her opinion to herself - i am actually shocked that she said that.....but what do you care what the skank in the store thought anyway? - seriosuly tilde, please dont worry about it - i think its going to look HOT - so dont stress over it......its 4 months until your wedding (which i am so freaking excited about - your one of the first people i talked to on LIW so i cant wait for your wedding!!) so enjoy it and try not to get to upset over anything (i am sure thats easier said than done!) but you LOVED the dress and you LOVED the colors - so dont let what she said make you second guess yourself!! i think you made an awesome choice!
