I have one semester and two exams before I am NYS certified in Secondary Education (English), I have so much planning left to do, and FH wants so badly to go to Florida to attend AMI (American Motorcycle Institute) but is giving up on it. It is his dream and I don't know how to make it happen for him. Financially, it is near impossible but he HATeS his job right now and I can NOT stand to think that he feels stuck in it. ( he is only 24 years old)
Then, I have been looking at Real Estate and I don't think we'll ever be able to afford to live on Long Island but my parents are so sad at the thought of us leaving (almost angry too) and I just feel like nothing is as it should be. This is supposed to be a happy time but I am always sad and it is starting to really effect me.

I'm sorry you are feeling this overwhelmed.. its alot on your plate right now and in the end its what is better for you and your fh...fh & I are in the same boat with our living situation as well - if we ever want a house its going to mean us moving...something we'll think longer about when we need to cross that bridge...
Hang in there...it'll get easier

That is tough. I can definitely relate with the Long Island real estate. It is so frustrating to see such high prices when you are just starting out. My FI and I currently live in the basement apartment of his parents' house. It stinks, but we'll stay there until we have enough money saved.
