But I keep realizing that all of these holidays will be my last 'at home'. I gotta remember that when i'm putting the decorations from Christmas away I need to keep 'mine' out since it's my last christmas 'at home'. I gotta bring them to my new 'home'

aw i know what you mean... FH and i moved in together last november and while i was so excited, i was soo sad that i would be missing christmas at home... but on christmas day, we woke up early and opened our presents by the tree and then we got ready and went to my parents' house at like 9am and opened gifts with them... it was like the start of a new tradition and it was fun..

I was completely upset by this thought but when the time came, me and FH had so much fun putting up our tree and I made a date with my family to my my orginal 'home' decorations all together. So I can still do both! Maybe that will work for you too!

Think of it in a positive light! It is all how you look at it! Not awww this is sad.. I will never wake up home at my parents house again... Think- Aww I get to wake up and look in my husbands eyes christmas morning
Or think about all the new traditions and special things you get to do for the first time with your husband as you build your family!
