so sad =(
so I'm sad to say, that 3 months before our wedding, we MAY be calling it off... I took FH to the Emergency Room on Sunday afternoon b/c he wasn't feeling well and well, we've been in ICU since then and he's in severe renal failure :( It has been the most trying and emotional thing that I've ever gone through in my life and not a day in my life did I imagine that at 26 years old I woul dhave a dr tell me that had we NOT gone to the dr when we did, he wouldn't be waking up next to me anymore :(
He received 6 blood transfusions, and 2 rounds of dialysis. Tomorrow they'll biopsy his kidney and tell us on Friday (which is EXACTLY 3 months to our wedding) what the plan of action will be.
Needless to say, he will be out of work (hopefully not indefinetley)... I need to take a leave of abscence from my job to care for him as well as transport him back & forth for dialysis and on top of that still pay our bills :(
Anyway, the moral of my story is not to make everyone sad... but just to remind you all.. live each day as if it's your last & ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS tell your loved one(s) that you love them and kiss them as much as you can.. Because until they almost arent there.. you DONT realize how much you really do need your partner.
