So sorry and you are 100% right about not taking people or things for granted

Over the summer, my mom was diagnosed with congestive heart disease and went into renal failure as well. So, I know how extremely tough it is to go through something like this with someone you care about so much. After spending a month in the hospital, she is now on dialysis and on the list for a kidney transplant. There have certainly been a lot of ups and downs with her health over the past few months, but the human spirit is a lot stronger than we think.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this, but just wanted to let you know that you're not alone. My prayers are with you and FH.

I am soo sorry you are going through this. My uncle recently went through something like this he had just gotten engaged and 2 months after he found out he had stage 4 melanoma. His wish was to be married and him and his fiancee planned a big wedding to give him that. Even with chemo treatments and him feeling sicker and weaker by the day they had their wedding and he looked so happy that day.

With treatment your FH will recover and you can go on to having your wedding and you two will realize how important you really are to each other and make every day more special.
