So so so PO'ed

So I have probably bought a few thousand things online in my lifetime: Ebay, Amazon,Etsy.. you name it.
And I can count on one hand the number of problems I have had. Almost none. An occasional disappointment with an item, one bizarre situation where someone had broken into someones Ebay account and was directing payments to another bank account, but all these were resolved and life went on.
So, recently, on WeddingBee Classifieds, I bought from two different sellers, a large set of gold chargers, chair sashes and overlays.
In both cases the sellers were very helpful, answered my questions, a little slow at times, but they were responsive. They are actually vendors who deal in these items not brides. Two separate folks, locations etc.
I sent them my paypal payment and.....nothing. Its been almost a month in both cases and nada from them. No explaination, no response to any of my MANY emails to them. I wouldnt care if they said, 'sorry, Ive been away for the holidays' 'or sorry, I broke my hand and cant type', LOL, or just some acknowledgement. They both have my phone number and everything! Just crickets from them....
So I just filed a complaint with paypal and am pretty sure I will get my money back. But it is JUST SO ANNOYING! WTH is wrong with people!?!?? <<>> End of rant!

Very annoying and a waste of your time. You will get your money back from Paypal since there is no tracking information confirming payment. If Paypal gives you any problems, file a dispute with your credit card that funds Paypal.

I hate when people just ignore me...especially when all you want is a simple text/email. Paypal is good with siding with the customer. If all of the sudden payment was made and NOW they are not responding, that is unacceptable. Let me know what happens!
