a) didn't even ACKNOWLEDGE that they received an invitation.
b) are sending in their 'NO' RSVP's with no reason said to me at work! Like it didn't even happen!
All the GUYS I work with mention they got the invites, how nice they were, and how they'll be there or (if they can't) why they won't be there.
It just hurts a bit because a couple of these women I used to be REALLY friendly with. I still talk to them, just not my deepest darkest anymore, and I almost feel betrayed by them. Just 6 months ago, they would always say how excited they were about the wedding. I have no idea why the change. Girls are weird.
I kind of knew they wouldn't come to the wedding... I didn't expect them to IGNORE getting the invitation! That's just weird!
If I got an invite, I would tell someone excitedly that I received it and LOVED it or something. Odd. People s*ck. What a waste of invitations.

don't worry yourself about it....they are not worth wasting your time thinking about what they think.....just chalk it up to being jealous or inconsiderate....

The people that matter the most are the ones that will be there. Anyone else is not worth stressing over!

Sorry this happened, but like other said, don't stress over it. They aren't worth it. Its their loss, cause they'll miss out on a great time at an amazing place.

exactly, they did you a favor...
they are probably just jealous... which is something i will never understand b/c there will ALWAYS be someone out there who has MORE than other people-- so if you drive yourself crazy with 'they have this and they have that' what good does it do? I wish people would just focus on themselves and be happy for what they have.
that stinks!

I agree with the others...just not worth the aggravation. Besides, not everyone feels compelled to give a reason...those who do give a reason are going above and beyond.

I just had to give you these because I'm in the exact same boat as you.
We really are better off though.

awww... thank you! I appreciate that. I really have a hard time even looking at them now. And the only one woman that raved about how classy my invitation was and that even gave me a really GOOD reason why she won't be able to make it (personal issues she trusted and confided in me about, which I would never betray her trust), everyone here thinks is a b!tch! Unbelievable. I'm thinking it's the other way around!
right back at ya!!
