I remember looking at your pics when you went to the Say Yes to the Dress taping and I loved how your gown looked on you, it's gorgeous and you look gorgeous in it. You are stunning as is the dress. And I really mean that. I love that dress and your foigure is greay. I saw your pictures when you first posted and wished I had tried that one on.
As for the friend. Don't be upset. I know it sounds crazy but think of the comments you or others sometimes make to your friends about someone's outfit or haircut. Sometimes people say things totally unwarranted for no reason. It's a stupid opinion. Some people also just never like to be too positive. Honestly, the difference here is that she got caught. And trust me, the effect of actually getting caught on someone has the end result of shutting them up. Now, my adivce is the have a sit down with her, calmly tell her you didn't appreciate her sharing your dress pictures or negative comments with others and hope this will serve as a chance for her to see the harm done and to not do that again.
Life is short, you are beautiful, no reason to dwell or kill friendships.
Trust me. I have had so much negativity thrown my way many times, especially when I was younger. My 30 years have taught me that some people have to be negative and some people have to be jealous - it is their nature. Be yourself, always serve up forgiveness and kindness. People never expect that and they also never forget it.

No they ordered me the next size up - the sample wouldn't zip all the way and I could barely breathe in it! Thanks for the compliments

Number one, I would second guess myself, you looked AMAZING in your dress, and it's not people telling you to make you feel better, you really look great!!! Second, your 'friend' is a little stuipd to have 1: talked about you to your own friends behind your back,m because even if she hadn't forwarded that email to you, it would've gotten back to you anyway. 2: The only reason she's upset is becuase she got caught, if you didn't find out, she'd be walking around happy as can be knowing that she said what she wanted because obviously, she's jealous, and not thinking twice about it. I would confront her about it, in all honesty, but that's the kind of person I am, I feel like if you have something to say, say it to my face, don't go behind my back, and take it from there. Unfortunately you've been put in a really tough position because you don't want to have this stress you out. Good luck, I really hope everything works out, and DON'T second guess your decision, you look awesome in your dress!!!!!!

you look gorgeous - and i dont think your friend was being jealous or a hater - she didnt say anything horrible - she just said something about your stomach that's all - i wouldnt take it too seriously....i have heard so many people say things about their friends and family - about something maybe not being flattering because of their boobs, or butt, or stomach or whatever - i really dont think your friend was trying to intentionally be mean to you (especially since you saw the email by accident) and i dont think she was talking about you behind your back - i think it was more along of the lines of something she may have thought - and its not easy to tell somone something like that - i know im guilty of doing this - and its not because im jealous, its just because you dont want to make someone feel bad - your dress is gorgeous, you are VERY VERY VERY pretty, and your stomach does not look bad to me at all - maybe its just your friends opinion that your stomach would have looked better in another type of silhouette or something - she said it doesn't flatter your stomach - she didn't say omg so and so is fat a$$ and looks horrible and the dress is gross - now that i would say is jealousy but i think that what she wrote was probably just her opinion and maybe she didnt want to make you feel bad if she would have said it to your face....i think your friend feels bad enough and maybe its just her opinion that a different style would have accentuated your waist more - KWIM? it didnt seem like she was trashing you.....i dont know, i wouldnt hold it against her - i know i couldnt - it would probably hurt my feelings but then id remember that im probably guilty of saying something similair about someone i know at one point or another - dont second guess yourself, you look gorgeous, the dress is beautiful and your body looks great in it....dont worry!
ets: im trying to think of an example - but for instance im very petite and my dress is a line, has pick ups and is kind of full - so it doesn't really hug my body and i am sure that there is at least one person who thinks that the dress doesnt flatter me because its too big for my body and it hides me and it looks the dress is wearing me.....i am sure there is someone who thinks something negative about ALL of our dresses...so dont let it bother you, what matter is if YOU like it

Pardon me for being unladylike, but that is the most outrageous thing I have ever heard. I looked at your pics in your album- you are GORGEOUS, and that dress is breathtaking. I have seen a lot of dresses on this site, and yours is just so elegant, so refined, I just can't believe someone would have a bad thing to say about it. I would slaughter a herd of kittens and baby seals to have a stomach like that, and I wouldn't feel bad about it for a minute, so for the love of God, please don't feel self-conscious! I just don't understand that! But hey, I guess everyone has something about themselves that they don't love, and sometimes it takes hearing it from others that they are crazy. You clearly are a beautiful woman, and I hope you know just how stunning you are in that gown.
Now, as for your 'friend'- this fool has some serious problems. First of all, she's sending your wedding dress pics to people- is that even her place to do even THAT?? If YOU send it out, that's one thing, but who is SHE to be sending out your dress?? SECOND, to make rude comments about the bride, who is GORGEOUS?? Are you serious?? And she's just saying ANYTHING, because her comment makes no sense. I'm jumping on the jealousy bandwagon. This broad has serious jealousy issues.
IT'S THIS TYPE OF CRAP THAT MAKES ALL WOMEN LOOK BAD. Just think about how much this girl must hate herself to need to bring down someone who is obviously going through a very joyous time in her life. She has to live with herself. How sad. Okay. Future Mulligan just made me feel bad and irrational. I just know so many people like this, that I immediately get all carried away and start freaking out. However, I believe she is the cooler head here, and maybe this girl isn't a total skank. If she has acted skankdified before, then my comments stand. If not, then maybe it was just stupid.
