I didnt really have a budget... But The Dress I fell in love with was the most reasonable LOL i paid with the Veil 1400 . so with alterations it will be another 350.00 so when its all said and done with jewlry and shoes i day about 2400.00

Hi I really didnt have a dress budget was just winging it...the # 1 dress I love was $750.00 + tax and alterations

Dress #2 is $1400.00 or $1600.00 (cant remember) + tax and alterations....

I didn't want to go over $1000, although I was considering a couple that were over $2000. I ended up spending $840 (not including alterations or veil)

I spent WAAAY over what i expected to but i absolutely LOOOVE my dress......(since i'm a big shopper im ok with that).....and i'm finally able to post pics of it!!

My budget was around $1500 for everything including the accessories and so far I'm pretty much within my range!

My mom didn't really give me a budget. She just told me to try on any dresses that I thought could have the potential being the ONE!! I found a Maggie Sottero dress for $1300 after negotiation.

OMG i got so lucky! everything i have booked so far has come in at more than i wanted to or expected to pay BUT my wedding gown!!

i went to bridal reflections in massapequa not expecting to find anything but just to look. the first dress i saw (was being tried on by someone else) i knew that it was the dress for me-- it was beautiful and classic, timeless but elegant and not too simple but just right (for me)... so i tried on a few others b/c this girl had it on! lol... so then finally when she took it off i said to the lady-- get me that dress!! i tried it on, without even looking at the price, and fell in love!!!! i was SO scared to look at the price tag b/c it felt so good on and it looked so nice-- it's SOOOO well made so i'm like omg this is going to be 5 grand. I looked and it was around $1899 (if I remember correctly) and I was like ... so i said WOW that's pretty damn good. then i called burton's to see if they could get me that gown and they got it for me and told me $1100 so me, being greedy, i said i really didn't want to pay more than 1000 (such a lie LOL) and she said the best she could do was 1000 even so that's what I am paying!!!! The dress is ALREADY paid off (and easily done)... i am SO lucky. my PROM DRESS cost more than my wedding gown-- my prom gown (from cache) was, with the matching wrap, $1250!!!

I AM SO LUCKY!! but of course, everything else i broke the bank on so what can you do? but I just thought I would share that, a little long-- but fun!

My budget was: $5000-$6000 (or maybe more, if I really loved a gown I would do anything to get it) and I ended up paying $1000...

if someone would have told me this before this happened i would have said NEVER!
