so weird...

so weird...

everyone keeps telling me how freakishly calm I am right now.... it's weird that it hasn't hit me at all that this whole 'wedding' that I've been plannig and slaving over is actually my own and is this Friday!... when should I expect it to hit me???

first of all, thank god that you're calm!!!!

every bride is different. enjoy the fact that you're enjoying it.

for me, i was a disaster because SO MUCH WENT WRONG. i'm hoping and praying that does not happen to you.

i, for one, will be thinking of 'our last bride' ALL WEEKEND.

I think its normal that u are calm. Everyone, even total strangers, commented on how calm I was the week before. it didnt hit me until I was in the limo with my dad heading for the church and I had a 'holy ****' moment. Good luck and I hope you have an amazing day on friday!

everything for me was planned in six weeks - and even I was calm starting thu before the wedding (wedding was on saturday). i think it's exactly what every bride needs b/c now you can just focus on the experience and emotions of being a bride. just relish every moment.

keep thinking to yourself all day that you're a bride and you're getting married, this way you will be conscious of it and the day won't come and go and you wont' wonder the next day how you didn't remember or realize that it was happening.

ooooh- sooo exciting! you're gonna have so much fun!!

I think that is normal. I was the same exact way. It gets to a point where you realize that you have done everything you can and now you have to sit back and enjoy.

i never freaked out.. i felt unbelievably calm as well - and there was no storm. just an absolutly wonderful day that i enjoyed every minute of!

It really didn't hit me until I looked in the mirror on my wedding day all dressed up with my hair done, that's when my heart started pounding out of my chest!
