so weird...

So I went with my invitation to the post office the other day to see how much it would cost to mail. It has an embellishment so I thought it might be abit more..

They quoted me 1.39 each.. which was pretty annoying because the wedding cake and wedding rings stamp dont add up nicely to that number

I went to a diff post office yesterday and they said 1.05!

How weird.. has anyone experienced this before??
