SO weird...

Tried on wedding dresses for the first time tonight. My MOH and i went to davids bridal tonight to get my feet wet before testing out other salons. I was feeling so much anxiety about startinging to look but it went better than I thought I would! Really liked two dresses and can't wait to try the next store with my entourage in tow! :)

That's exactly what I did! Started at DB to experiment with dresses and then a few weeks later went to Macy's in Manhasset for my second attempt at trying on dresses and viola! Found 'the one'. It was perfect too, because there was a sale that weekend.

I did the same thing! I went to DB back in June with a bridesmaid to figure out what I liked and didn't like. I go at the end of the month to really start the shopping.

SO EXCITING CAITY! I'm sure you looked beautiful! I'll come next time lol :) congrats on the try on check!!!! any style you liked? I had such a thing about dresses: no strapless and no fit and flare... meanwhile my dress is both. it was a lot of fun, anxiety, but fun!

Thanks ladies!! I was so anxious about it and kinda dreading it, I have no idea why! Now that the first dresses have gone on and I didn't have a meltdown, I feel really excited to try some more on. I definitely got a feel for what i liked. surprisingly fit and flare dresses and ones with beading. These were the two that surprised me:
