I had the 'I don't care diet' last week...as in I ate what I wanted...well, the scale sky rocketed...I am now back on track...I just have to commit to freakin exercise....

Thats my problem..the exercise. I can eat perfectly!!! But exercising just not in the cards for me..at least not everday

I hear ya 100%...I'm too tired from work...I'm making a deal that I will Gazelle at least 20 min every night and go to Curves 3x a week..it's a start....

I'm trying to get FH to join a gym with me but that's not working....

what curves do you go to?

The one in Westbury, off Post ave. It's like 30 seconds from my office...Otherwise I would have probably went to the one in West Hempstead, cause thats the closest one to my apt

so the montel taping was today??? i thought it was 9/20.. shucks.. i KNOW i couldn't have gone to that.. today's the first day for the kids to come in..

so i'm here.. i'm at work but 'im on administrative duty the first 3 periods of the day.. so i'm just chillaxing.. is that the new curves that opened up on post avenue that u'r talking about? i work in westbury!

I used to go there!!! I COULD bring my clothes and go there after work...we could be curves buddies!

Actually, I HATE going to talk shows. Its a whole day of waiting and being uncomfortable for 45 minutes of show. But I'm sure they're getting free items, I'm a lil jealous of that.
